The fairy walk will take place along the one mile stretch of the blue trail between the Bath House and the Rustic Bridge. The entrance is just past the Bath House behind 76 Dutcher Street, Hopedale, MA. The houses, fairies and vendors will be placed along the 1 mile stretch of the blue trail from the bath house entrance to the Rustic Bridge. This event is hosted by the Friends of Historic Hopedale in conjunction with the Hopedale Park Commission. This is not a loop so keep in mind that it's one mile in and one mile back. Bring your camera, the scenery is amazing!

Owls of the World - Who's Watching You? introduces you to the owls of New England and beyond. Mark and Marcia share the field marks, signs and naturalist's skills that you can use to find wild owls without disturbing them. Next, you meet six live owls (from small to huge) up close. Everyone participates in a hooting lesson and learns tips on how to attract and protect owls near you.
This year we will be shortening the overall length of the walk by just a tiny bit, but we will be utilizing areas of the Hopedale Parklands we haven't used before to add some fresh excitement to the day!

No No's:
Business cards and flyers: please leave these at home. They end up thrown or blown all over the woods and our very dedicated (but very tired at that point) volunteers get stuck picking them up and end up not liking you very much.
Causes at the Fairy Walk: We know it's tempting to get your cause in front of all the folks at our event but please remember why they're there. Our guests of all ages come to enjoy the magic of the day with their friends and family, let's focus on that for them.
No house builder applications will be accepted after May 24, 2024.
