Place Your Own House Cost: FREE
We are now offering a "place your own" choice for fairy house builders. We know a lot of you love your creations and like them displayed a certain way. You place your own fairy house on the trail in a spot designated by us. Place Your Own Houses must be in place by 9:30am and left until 4pm on June 13th. Designated spots, (think of it like it's your fairy house's address) are given out in the order that we receive the applications. Meaning the sooner you send in your application, the closer to the front your spot will be, etc.
Teacup Gardens: We're adding a special section for Teacup Gardens! These sweet mini gardens have our heart & we think you'll love em too! If you'd like to make your own, fill out the form below. They will be grouped together in one area on the trail. Specific drop off instructions and house numbers will be emailed to you the week before the event.
You may place a house and a sign with the Place Your Own Houses, but what you bring in, you will need to take out. Sign up by using the online form below.

No No's:
Business cards and flyers: please leave these at home. They end up thrown or blown all over the woods and our very dedicated (but very tired at that point) volunteers get stuck picking them up and end up not liking you very much.
Causes at the Fairy Walk: We know it's tempting to get your cause in front of all the folks at our event but please remember why they're there. Our guests of all ages come to enjoy the magic of the day with their friends and family, let's focus on that for them.
No house builder applications will be accepted after May 31, 2026.
VENDORS:
VENDOR SPACES: Handmade/artist/author vendors with product fitting the theme of the day and food vendors. The "theme of the day" can include fairies, gnomes, magical creatures, garden and nature themed products, Harry Potter world & other magical fandoms, as well as activity type vendors (ex. make your own wand/crown, etc). AI art and MLMs will not be approved. Entertainers are also welcome to contact us.
